Question 5 part 1 - How did you attract / address your audience ?
We had our own branding logos made, with red letters to connotate that our film was of the horror genre, the black and white colors indicate that too . Our audience was also attracted by Elina's dark makeup and our use of sound effects.
We videoed some people who have seen our film and asked them to talk about what they liked in it and what was brought to their attention.
From the Audience Feedback Video we've done, I can see that people have enjoyed our plack and white effect as a classic that hasn't been done by films nowadays that often.
They also like our camera angles and our editing techniques, but they said that we should have changed the narrative a bit more and have James (Martins) fight for his life a bit more.
The suggestion of using more cuts between different scenes is a good idea as well. Getting feedback always gives us more ideas to digest for our next projects.
